How do I access my child’s Savings Club money?
Our LifeSavers online system works by partnering with a local Credit Union. It is the Credit Union who keeps your child’s money and who you need to contact if you need to make a withdrawal quickly.
Below are some of the reasons it may be best to contact your Credit Union directly:
Your child is in Year 6, is leaving their primary school, and would like to withdraw the money from their account (please note they can continue to save with their Credit Union - just not through their Savings Club)
Your school’s Savings Club has shut and you want to save or withdraw money
You are a parent and need quick access to their account to make a withdrawal
If you are not withdrawing for any of the above reasons, we encourage you to continue to save as you will be able to withdraw money when your school has its next Savings Club Session! However, you will be able to access you child’s money should you need it.
